RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable duties - reconciling statements, arranging supplier payments, dealing with supplier phone calls etc
- Invoicing and debtors / payment requests by email and phone
- Online banking transactions - including balance and payment reports.
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control reports
- Management Accounts
- Payroll
- VAT & P30 submissions
- Managing and mentoring the current team
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years' experience in accounts
- Sage experience
- IATI Qualification or part qualified
- Experience both in accounts payable and receivables essential
- Finance Manager in previous role
- High level of accuracy and data entry skills
- Excellent knowledge of EXCEL and Word
- The role will also include general office administration and support
- Good communication & phone skills required
