An exciting credit control role has become available. This role is based in Manchester and is offering £22,000-£25,000.

You will be part of a well established, global company and join a fun and fast paced team.

Description

Duties include:

  • Maintain appropriate credit lines for existing customers to include regular review
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time
  • Management of new account take on process to include credit check of prospect, obtaining credit insurance or appropriate security and set up in all systems
  • Support the sale ledger department if needed
  • Manage relationships with commercial colleagues and internal customers

Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Wanting to work towards credit management - Desirable
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and customers - Essential
  • Be able to communicate and understand problems quickly - Essential
  • Experience of credit risk analysis in a b2b environment. - Essential
