Description

• Assist on service charge audits on expenditure reports for the largest commercial and residential real estate companies.
• Support on a portfolio of clients and ensure KPIs are continuously met.
• Timely and meticulous preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly financial reports.
• Frequently consult with clients to offer expertise, discuss amendments, and further increase transparency and trust.
• Efficient review of client's commentary for material variances between actual, budget, and prior year expenditure.

Profile

• AAT qualified
• 12+ months of UK practice experience OR working in a financial role in the property industry
• Ambitious
