About the role
We have a new and outstanding opportunity to join Virgin Media O2 as A Senior Finance Business Partner Consumer.
As postholder within the Commercial Finance team, your key focus will be end-to-end financial ownership of consumer cable rental revenue and changes associated with Virgin Media's consumer cable customer base !!
As the Finance lead to the Consumer Director, holding the commercial team to account for financial performance will be key along with influencing decision-making through use of Customer Lifetime Value, to improve day to day trading performance.
At the heart of the position is leading a team of FBPs to manage c£3.5bn of annual revenue through effective business partnering that provides insight and install change !!!
The role will involve partnering and challenging the senior leadership team to drive performance, optimise profitability and communicate financial results to various partners of Consumer Finance.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent )
- A proven track record to influence decision making at a senior level to inspire change through new insight.
- An ability to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities of complex propensity revenue modelling and Customer Life Timeline concept.
- Evidence creative ability to think around the problem to tackle issues
- A history of consistently initiating / inspiring change and process improvements across wider business.

- Demonstrate attention to detail with strong analytical skills and experience of working within a Finance function.
- Previous telecommunications experience advantageous
