What will you create?

You'll help Australian businesses, not-for-profit's and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Our Capital Markets & Advisory Accounting Services (CMAAS) team provides tailored industry-specific advice to clients in various sectors, including Federal, State and Local Government, Financial Services, Energy, Utilities & Mining, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Transportation & Logistics.

Take the opportunity to work on highly visible global clients, large scale financial reporting transformation projects, iconic infrastructure projects, upcoming IPO's, and cross-border transactions. Each project provides the opportunity to build your global networks and work with the world's leading capital markets professionals.

As a Manager in our CMAAS team your impact will be seen by:
  • Delivering accounting solutions that cut through technical complexity
  • Providing knowledge, experience and insight into business transactions and emerging regulatory or accounting standard changes
  • Developing innovative solutions for structuring and areas of accounting complexity
  • Contributing in a meaningful way to the due diligence framework that underpins our trust in global capital markets
  • Engaging with high profile clients and other globally recognised professionals to solve their most important problems
  • Working with a team of globally recognised professionals to deliver complex engagements and grow our business by pursuing business development activities

About you

You have a background in financial reporting within industry, accounting advisory or assurance in a Big 4 or leading national firm and are skilled in offering clients seamless accounting advice and sophisticated financial reporting solutions. You have an understanding of international regulatory and reporting requirements, solid technical accounting knowledge, and hold a CA qualification (or equivalent).

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our CMAAS team solve complex business issues, improve how systems work and provide confidence on the bigger decisions. You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
