Compliance Analyst Client Solutions

Your role
Do you have experience in compliance or risk advisory space? Do you have an interest in project management and with planning, execution, monitoring and tracking the different phases of a project? Would you like to expand your knowledge in the compliance products and advisory area?

We are looking for a compliance analyst to:

•support the compliance framework coordination in our products and services team within Compliance and Operational Risk (C&ORC)
•collaborate with internal partners to coordinate team projects and regulatory initiatives and provide status reports and presentations
•support in the identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation and monitoring of compliance and operational risk as it pertains to our Wealth Management US business
•manage ad hoc requests and reports

Your team
You will be working in the Wealth Management US aligned Compliance and Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) team in Weehawken, NJ. We support the Wealth Management US business by partnering with them to effectively manage regulatory risk in an environment of collaboration and constructive challenge. Our duties include implementing the Operational Risk Framework and to ensure regulatory and operational risks are identified, properly assessed and recorded. You will play an important role in helping us administer the Compliance program and developing risk mitigating measures, controls and adequate remediation plans. You'll have the opportunity to become a support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the areas covered by the team.

Your expertise
•bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferably in business, economics, finance or management); master's degree a plus
•ideally 3+ years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatory initiatives and/or project coordination
•sound know-how in the analysis of business processes
•good working knowledge of the local regulatory environment as it pertains to the Wealth Management business, registered investment advisers and broker dealers
•strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization, influence key stakeholders, and driving change
•team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, able to calmly manage conflict, challenging conversations and pressure in a demanding, high-volume environment
