Who we are looking for

The position will be responsible for overall project management and team leadership aspects for the BBH Integration as it relates to the Agent Bank Operations (ABO) group. This role will operate as part of the Custody team that has overall project responsibilities for the Custody integration workstream. This individual will work with peers within the Custody Integration team and may work closely with other Global Delivery workstreams. Additionally, this person will work closely with BBH as needed. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, balancing work from home and office to match your needs and role’s requirements.

What you will be responsible for

  • Provide business analysis and project support to Custody Integration project management team
  • Participate in workstream meetings to understand and document meetings minutes and key action items
  • Work with integration partners to align business documentation and project plans
  • Produce weekly status reporting, including metrics, and manage reporting deadlines independently
  • Produce and manage project plans for various aspects of integration
  • Develop and implement status and tracking reporting as directed by project manager
  • Collaborate with the functional leads across the program, including BBH, as needed on deliverables
  • Plan, schedule and manages daily workflow for the ABO team
  • Manage a professional group of individuals including contractor teams
  • Develops solid operating procedures to ensure that all work is processed accurately and timely
  • Oversees the effective coordination of activities with other departments
  • Ensures all personnel are appropriately selected, thoroughly trained and given timely and complete performance evaluation feedback
  • Assists in developing targets concerning staffing, production, overtime budgeting and productivity
  • Ensures group deadlines are successfully attained
  • Continuously develop knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and responsibilities
  • Experience within Settlements and Third-Party Lending process
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, analytical/problem solving
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams to reach common goals
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, Custody, Fund Administration
  • Basic understanding of Sub-Custody and International Markets, Securities, Cash Transaction Processing protocols, knowledge of global market processing requirements
  • Knowledge of internal State Street back office applications such as GTM, IIP, SMAC, GSMAC, MYVIEW, IBS, Hogan
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Other project management tools
  • Previous custody experience or knowledge of custody preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
  • PMP Certification and/or consulting experience a plus
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and must have solid time management skills
  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with Senior Management of State Street Corporation
  • Experience with conversion or transformation projects is preferable
