Accounting Intern

To meet this challenge, we implement best practices, provide general financial support, resolve queries, prepare reports and provide statistics. We also design policies and procedures that adhere to audit standards and conform to FASB and SEC guidance, as well as compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404.

As an Accounting Intern, you will help resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.

What you'll achieve
As an Accounting Intern, you will help resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.
You will:
- Participate in projects related to process effectiveness in Revenue and Cogs for LATAM (RPA, Dashboards, tools update, etc.)
- Support in technical projects held in LATAM region (RevStar, Fusion, etc.)
- Provide support to the Services Accounting team in monthly procedures related to Part, Logistics or Revenue deals
- Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations
- Analyze and explain P&L and BS material variances to Leadership teams in the region
- Revenue & Cogs process documentation

Essential Requirements
- Accounting student at an accredited university (Graduation date between June and December 2023)
- Advanced written and spoken English level
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in developing a career in the Accounting field
Desirable Requirements
- Power BI and Access knowledge
