Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide insightful business analysis to support decision making for investment projects, new product launches and other business initiatives etc.
• Manage pricing, keep abreast with the economic development and regulatory changes;
• Support Annual Operation Plan, LRP, Fcst1-3, MOR and other financial management reporting as required for the business;
• Responsible for OPEX spending management and prioritization for the business, i.e. c;
• Provide reliable, easy, timely intelligent report including KPI, measure & analyze drivers, call for business alerts;
• Be responsible for BU’s working capital and cash flow management;
• Closely monitor business operation, ensure compliance with company financial policy, GIP and other regulations;
• Other tasks or assignment when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or economic related;
• Minimum 8-years’ working experiences, finance management role within MNC is preferred;
• Solid financial reporting knowledge, be familiar with US GAAP and Chinese GAAP;
• Strong computer & data processing skill mainly Excel and Powerpoint, and knowledge with operational system, such as JDE, Hyperion preferred;
• Possess strong business acumen;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working, passion to work, adaptable and fast learning ability, have eyes-for-details, and able to work under pressure with multi-task;
• Good English skills, fluent in both written & spoken.
