Summary:

Baxter is committed to saving and sustaining lives, and creating healthier communities. To this end, Baxter provides Donations to various organizations to support their missions, visions, goals and programming. In addition to Donations, Baxter provides Grants (referred to as Interactions) to foster legitimate scientific exchange, product safety or to provide community or patient support. Reporting to the APAC HCP Interactions Lead, the purpose of this role is to administer Interactions consistent with the Global Interactions Policy. The Interactions Coordinator reports to the APAC HCP Interactions Lead, must have good customer service skills with some level of professional experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review HCP Interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance to the Global Interaction Policy
  • Identify non-compliance issues and work with supervisor and key internal customers (Research and Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Finance, etc.) to resolve issue.
  • Track opened Interaction requests within the compliance tool (Pega) to ensure timely processing and closure
  • Ensure all required Interaction documentation is entered by internal customers prior to closure of the Interaction file within the compliance tool (Pega)
