About the role
Due to continued growth, we are adding to our Global Finance Team with a Finance Analyst.
Our Global Finance team really are at the heart of Kerry with a clear focus on being a key enabler to deliver our vision, to be our customers most valued partner and creating a world of sustainable nutrition.
As a Finance Analyst you will work cross enterprise with our Commercial, Operations and Business Functions, regionally and globally, working collaboratively with Finance and Business Managers amongst other stakeholders.
This is hybrid working role where you will be based remotely 3 days a week and from our Naas office circa 1-2 days.
What will I be doing?
- You will validate initiatives and associated financial assumptions. Support and challenge the Initiative Owners and Finance Business Partners on approach and/or assumptions, offering recommendations to ensure plans are fully considered and understood.
- You will escalate concerns to the Workstream/Pillar Lead
- You will be responsibile for codifying targets for performance management, tracking financial and headcount delivery of the programme
- You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining month end reporting for the Accelerate programme, supporting programmatic decision making
- You will build strong working relationships within the Regional Leadership teams, Initiative Owners and Finance Business Partners, in collaboration with the Workstream/Pillar Leads and PMO
- You will ensure consistency and alignment between the workstreams and Finance in the use of Wave, maintain programme guides and provide regular training to build capability
- You can identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the programme
Accountabilities
- Co-ordinate Wave initiative management; review and validate business cases and initiatives at all stages
- Drive performance reporting process improvements using Wave and associated dashboards
- Leverage performance reporting processes to deliver accurate and insight-driven reporting to enable an understanding of the business transformation results and performance
- Validate savings delivery with Initiative Owners regionally and globally to align on delivery into the regional BOP bridge
- Support budgeting/forecasting for all Regions/workstreams
- Undertake an active role to coach and develop the ATO graduate
What do I need to be successful?

- Bachelors degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- Leads and implements positive change
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Acts with drive, determination and resilience
- Demonstrates an ability to identify improvement initiatives
