Accounts Payable Team Manager

Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Team Manager to join the Accounts Payable team in Swindon.
The Role

• Ensure timely and compliant payment to suppliers.
• Manage AP Operation staff responsible for processing vendor payments.
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding key performance indicator targets.
• Develop relationships with sites in scope of the FSSC and build positive working dynamic.
• Review and implement more efficient processes within the accounts payables process, ensuing SOX controls are maintained or improved.
• Work with internal and external parties to ensure expectations are met.
• Accountable to maintain current and accurate standard operating procedures for scope of work.
• Support Global AP Leader with additional projects as requested.

The Candidate

• People Management experience
• Experience within a volume Accounts Payable environment
• Confident communications skills
• ERP experience, JDE, SAP, Oracle or QAD
• Ability to work with a variety of systems to produce reports
