Page Personnel is partnering with a successful business who have opened a brand new office in Southampton and are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
Client Details
Our client is a successful business who have seen rapid growth over the past 12 months. They have opened a new office in Southampton and will require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for:
- Accurate data entry
- Dealing with payroll and month end journals
- Profit and loss and balance sheets
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Dealing with client queries
- Other adhoc duties
Profile
To be successful for the Bookkeeper role you must:
- Have an excellent understanding or Xero
- Have a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Be able to do Payroll from start to completion
- Understand general bookkeeping across various industries
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
