Finance Executive (Immediate/Central)

As one of Asia's most diversified real estate groups and a dominating presence within the APAC region and beyond, they are continuing to expand to anchor themselves as a leader in their sector and are now looking for a Finance Executive to join their Finance team.

about the job
Reporting to the Finance AVP, you will be responsible for the financial and management reporting activities including month end closing, bank reconciliations, audit schedules and management reporting. You will assist in annual budget preparation and liaise with external tax and audit agents to ensure statutory compliance. You will also drive continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified and preferably with CPA, with at least 4 years of experience - preferably in a real estate company. You are knowledgeable in SAP and have full sets experience. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders.
