Location: Worcester 3 days on site 2 from home
Role Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 per week
Salary Qualified Candidates: £46,000 plus package rising to £48,000 after 12 months
Salary PQ or QBE Candidates: £40,000 rising to £42,000 per annum
Duties of the Senior Treasury Analyst:
Timely and accurate Treasury Reporting, such as Year End and Board reporting
Provide robust and accurate analysis to external stakeholders
Preparation of net interest budget and monitoring and reporting of variances
Co-coordinating and managing the cash flow forecasting process
Identify process improvements to the control framework, utilising the Treasury Management System (TMS) to improve speed and accuracy of analysis and thereby support internal and external stakeholder requirements
Assist with covenant compliance monitoring and reporting for a large portfolio of loans
Requirements of the Senior Treasury Analyst:
Qualified Accountant, Part-Qualified or equivalent experience
Treasury experience preferable however a good accounting background would be suitable grounding for the role
Excellent attention to detail, written and analytical skills
Experience in producing high quality reports and maintaining accounting records
The ability to identify control weaknesses, and devise, recommend and implement process improvements
Previous experience of planning and prioritising workloads effectively in order to meet conflicting deadlines
