Role Type: 12 month Fixed Term contract, Full-time
Under the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, this role is responsible for defining business requirements for establishing Know-Your-Supplier (KYS) tooling and processes. This new solution will support in managing the end-to-end risk environment related to third-party arrangements across the bank and is part of the broader ExCo endorsed Procurement Re-Imagined Program.
TPRM is an area of increasing focus with a significant opportunity to enhance process and build an integrated and streamlined solution that enhances user (business and third-party) experience and supports the banks strategy to partner more with third-parties, with an acknowledgement of the breadth of risks and regulatory requirements that introduces (e.g. Data/Privacy, Information Security, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Outsourcing, Financial Crime, Cloud, Modern Slavery etc).
What will your day look like
As a Business Analyst, Know-Your-Supplier, you will accountable for:
• Working with Technology partners and TPRM stakeholders to ensure the development of a requirements framework for the KYS technology solution and processes.
• Development of KYS business requirements through engagement and collaboration with TPRM stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into function technical requirements, and working in coordination with Technology Partners to ensure non-functional requirements are developed. An understanding of integrations and architecture would be advantageous in this regards
• Understanding existing processes, tools and platforms to consolidate and simplify within TPRM solution
• Documenting processes and procedures and managing requirements throughout the TPRM tooling sub stream
• Ensuring the solution is appropriately tested to meet functional and non-functional requirement by ensuring appropriate test cases are developed and executed.
• Understanding the core capabilities of the platforms as well as the product roadmap of future product features
• Supporting with functional review of platform to understand what is out of the box, configurable, and customisable to support business requirements.

The 'must have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
• Technical writing, functional design documentation and technical design documentation as required
• Ability to influence/manage key stakeholders in a complex environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in process mapping/analysis tools and techniques
• Proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and being efficient and organized in all operations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
The 'good to have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
• Industry-specific knowledge in risk management within the regulated environment of financial services
• Procurement and/or third-party risk system knowledge
• Data analysis skills
• Lean/Six-Sigma knowledge or qualification
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Confluence/Jira experience
• Experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies is advantageous
