Key Responsibilities

  • Support on-site monitoring and testing on designated controls defined within the Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • Undertake Client Due Diligence and ongoing reviews in compliance with the anti-money laundering requirements
  • Support the identification, mitigation and management of AML related risks; reporting and escalation of such risks as needed
  • Maintenance of Compliance registers such as: incidents reported, regulatory correspondence log, complaints register
  • Maintenance of regulatory watch list
  • Process regular screening and maintenance of the client database against blacklists, international sanctions, press and escalate when relevant
  • Maintenance of internal Compliance tools
  • Undertake Compliance projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or relevant experience in Luxembourg
  • Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong issue resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads
  • Fluent English, Any other language is added advantage
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently and proactive “can-do” attitude, seeking out ways to improve quality of service to all stakeholders
