This established firm of chartered accountants provides a comprehensive accountancy service, across audit and accountancy matters, corporate finance, and tax services.

What will you be doing?
- Manage audits from planning to completion
- Mentor new trainees and support them with their learning and development
- Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows
- Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth
- Assist with target setting and budgeting
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
- Confident in networking to promote the Firm
- Overseeing the audit team and championing the Firm's values within the team
- Provide professional client-facing communication skills
- Provide technical support to the Team
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader
- Highly competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

- ACA or ACCA qualified with audit experience within practice
