Reporting to the VP, Treasury Management you will help build all Treasury and Investment activities in Europe, leading the team and also working together with our teams across the Assurant business. You will also lead the Treasury team to support an engaging and collaborative environment promoting success
Other responsibilities include;
  • Develop all of our goals and plans for the regional Treasury group
  • Create policies for Treasury and for all Treasury related functions throughout the region. Develop procedures necessary for approved policy.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines from regulatory bodies in each country.
  • Develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets, and minimize costs.
  • Direct and monitor all investment portfolios and ensure compliance to corporate policy and guidelines.
  • Review and recommend changes to investment policies.
  • Monitor financials risks including market, credit, liquidity and investment risk
You will have the following skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
  • MBA in Business/Finance
Extensive treasury management and corporate finance experience
  • Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments
  • Experience of domestic and international cash management
  • Knowledge of regional operations and systems
  • Project management skills
