The role is key to ensure the prompt processing of claims from all UK Customers and that the Customer accounts are accurately stated and well controlled.

Our client is a market leader in their FMCG industry. They are looking for a Credit Controller to work in their Gloucester office.
Description
The Credit Controller will be responsible for the:
- Timely and efficient processing of Customer claims
- Allocation of all credits to the account in a timely manner
- Ensuring that any customer claims problems are promptly reported, and appropriate action is taken
- Providing accurate information for cash forecasting purposes
- Compliance with all Credit Control related SOX targets
Profile
The successful Credit Controller will have:
- Minimum 1 year credit control experience
- Preferably familiar with Sarbanes Oxley requirements
- SAP O2I Module
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- Tenacious, not easily deflected
- Strong communication skills
- Pro-active self-starter with an enthusiastic approach for delivering results
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Challenges the status quo and accepts change readily
- Ability to accept finance related control/process changes
