A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, customer focused and motivated Credit Controller to support the Finance team by leading on the day-to-day credit control activities for the firm and ensure the smooth operation of the business debt collection.

Description

The key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment.
• Responding to client queries.
• Keeping customer retention levels high.
• Providing administrative support to finance team
• Managing a large ledger across a variety of retail and wholesale businesses
• Stakeholder Management
• Generating reports on excel
• Allocating of cash
• Dealing with customer queries

Profile

The successful candidates will have:

• The drive and motivation to progress and develop within a role
• Credit control experience
• Strong excel knowledge to a advanced level
• Knowledge of accounting systems
• Worked with retail/whole sale or ecommerce customers (Desirable)
