An exciting and challenging role within the AM Finance function, supporting the activities of the Asset Management division. You will join a team that owns the monthly financial closing process of the division and you will be specifically responsible for:
- Providing reliable ongoing requests as part of the central Management reporting team

AM Finance is a globally distributed team within Credit Suisse’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) function. This role provides a broad platform with large impact to the success of the AM division and high management attention. Although the role is based in New York, there is a considerable amount of global interaction with team members and key partners in other regions. Due to the nature of the function, the role offers a high degree of variety and learning opportunity in terms of product knowledge, reporting and analytical skills. Your skills and experience
We are looking for an ENO/AVP level candidate with an equivalent experience of 2-5 years based in New York. The CFO function has responsibility for financial matters affecting the business including - providing analysis and reporting of AM P&L across business lines with emphasis on; development of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts; ensuring quality and control over financial results in partnership with Group FP&A and Financial Accounting
- 2+ years of proven work experience in the finance industry
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with a flair for data and figures
- Detailed knowledge of MS Office (practical Excel and power point knowledge)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, diligent and ability to prioritize work
- Phenomenal problem solving skills, i.e. identifying and reporting processes shortcomings and suggesting/implementing efficient solutions
- Ambitious, highly motivated individual with proactive approach and ability to work without supervision
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
