You will have the following responsibilities

• Manage delivery work of Enterprise Risk Consulting projects related to Internal Audit, Process Improvement, Risk-based evaluation, Risk Management, Internal Control, Data Analytics, and more to local and international clients under the supervision of the engagement manager
• Participate in other type of Business Consulting projects focused on Strategy development and monitoring, Business Transformation, Financial Risk-based evaluations or Controlling to bring a risk mindset and to reach maximum business value through cross-functional collaboration
• Understand complex business environments including business processes and related IT systems, identify and assess relevant risks
• Execute the work with the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Lead client meetings and workshops on your own during the execution phase of the engagement
• Identify observations and develop recommendations to mitigate areas of risk
• Develop technical knowledge and build up sector expertise
• Participate in engagement planning (e.g. resource scheduling, scope definition) and closing phases (report preparation, final presentation to client)
• Develop client relationships, grow business network and assist identifying, converting business opportunities (e.g. participate in preparation of proposals, market research)
• Supervise and coach Junior Consultants

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience on the following fields: internal or external audit, risk management, internal controls, business process management, business improvement
• College or University Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting or relevant
• Good understanding of business, accounting, and financial processes
• Good interpersonal and consultative skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and result & detail-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent language skills both in English and Hungarian

It is an advantage if you also have

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIA, public accountant);
• Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
