Your Responsibilities as Finance Manager (f/m/x)
- Provide financial & administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage all general office / administration tasks
- Sales invoicing & cash collection
- Purchase orders, invoices and payments
- Liaison with external payroll & tax advisers
- Weekly payment runs, bank postings & reconciliation
- DE month-end process on SAGE X3
- AP & AR postings & reconciliations & weekly payment runs
- Prepare and post basic accruals, prepayments & fixed asset depreciation
- Responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare DE journal entries
- With external support, ensure all tax compliance
- Group reporting & variance analysis
- External contact to German bank, legal advisers & tax accountants
- Internal contact with all finance & admin teams worldwide
Your Qualification and Skills
- Degree qualified
- At least three years' experience in a similar role
- Confident working in a fast paced, global environment.
- Excellent communicator - fluent in both English & German
- Strong IT skills (SAGE X3 experience would be a bonus)
