FINANCE INTERN

Description
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
To support Finance department by keeping proper records of the transactions of the company and which will be used for decision makingties
• Inventory Accounting
• Preparing journals for verification and approval before entering into the system.
• Carry out reconciliation's between the subsidiary ledgers and general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Carry out suppliers reconciliations on monthly basis.
• Maintain prepayments amortisation schedule.
• Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly classified and charged to the correct cost centre or to the proper accounting heading.
• Ensure that all accounting records are properly safeguarded and are kept in safe custody in line with the legal requirements.
• Assist external/ internal auditors to carry out their assignments efficiently and timely.
• Proper maintenance of books of accounts of associated companies.
• Shall comply with the requirements of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 system
Degree in - Finance / Accounts Knowledge and Expertise

- Must be a recent graduant in Degree - Finance / Accounts or any other related field
- Fluent Swahili and English language
