How will I help?

Business Application Owners (or 'BAOs') are the crucial voice of our people and customers in managing applications. The BAO role sits within the business and its key function is to drive outcomes from service providers (Technology, Operations, Vendors etc), for our stakeholders.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will facilitate and support the end-to-end BAO Services framework. You will identify, understand, capture and align business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into functional requirements that can be implemented to achieve and optimise business outcomes. You will interact with business users and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve existing processes and provide guidance to business users and stakeholders on new opportunities and service improvements.

What do I need?

You will have strong business analysis experience with exposure to project management and service operations. Your familiarity with ITIL service management and Agile framework principals and concepts coupled with Service Operations and Project management experience in business context will be key to this role. Experience with IBM Open Pages will be highly advantageous.

You will have highly advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional ability to build and effectively manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Your experience delivering outcomes through Agile methodologies and tools will see you succeed in this role.
