The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving continuous system and process enhancement activities for the agency's SuccessFactors platform
You will be responsible for:
- Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the implementation of an integrated SAP SuccessFactors solution
- Development of As-Is and Future State HR processes
- Propose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose manner
- Assist with system deployment including UAT, change management and training
- Provide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environment
You will have:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors experience
- Must have significant working with the implementation workbooks
- Experience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project
