The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving continuous system and process enhancement activities for the agency's SuccessFactors platform

You will be responsible for:
  • Gather requirements from the business pertaining to the implementation of an integrated SAP SuccessFactors solution
  • Development of As-Is and Future State HR processes
  • Propose practical solutions to problems in a clear, fit for purpose manner
  • Assist with system deployment including UAT, change management and training
  • Provide opportunities for process improvement within and across the environment


You will have:
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS and SuccessFactors experience
  • Must have significant working with the implementation workbooks
  • Experience with project implementing Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather, review, analyse information from relevant sources to support the delivery of the project
