Our client is a well-known Hong Kong logistic company with business coverage all over the world. With over 1,000 employees in Hong Kong operation, they are now seeking for an Assistant Accountant who has specialised skill set in accounts receivable functions to join their experienced team.

Description

• Serve an assigned portfolio of customers
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely billing of services provided to customers
• Handle customer's enquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, debt collection and payment processing
• Assist the Officer to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting
• Support ad-hoc assignments

Profile

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Working experience in accounting field will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP system is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
