Finance Business Partner
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Surrey, KT9 2NE
Hours: Full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and may include weekends and bank holidays as flexibility is required to meet the needs of our business.

We're currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at Britain's wildest adventure!
About the Role
Supporting an operational team to deliver business targets and budgets, you will be able to provide your business partners with solid analysis and proposed business solutions. You will drive conversations in leadership meetings regarding driving efficiencies and challenging the norm; as well as providing them with advice and insight to support business solutions.
In this role you will also be expected to review internal and external factors to provide information, insight, and tools to take the business forward. You will recognise the need to work closely with other functions, and will work hard to build, maintain, and harness these relationships.
Finally, you will be an advocate of the Merlin Way, demonstrating our key values of taking ownership, driving innovation, and ensuring we do it all for the love of FUN!

What we're looking for
- Ideally degree educated, ACCA/CIMA Qualified; (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven and demonstrable business partnering experience or technical role within a Shared Service environment
- Good analytical ability with a good attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions
- Ideally have experience in a consumer facing organisation with a continuous improvement agenda
