Full time /Part time ( min 20 hours - client site)

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, raising sales invoices and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day account functions to include: Data entry; Bank Reconciliations; Supplier Reconciliations; Debtors Statements; Journal entries
  • Maintain - Accounts receivable; Accounts payable; General ledger; Job costing
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Assisting with any client queries
  • Dealing with Revenue queries.
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports as required from time to time
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Building long-term relationships with colleagues, and customers
  • Providing “wow factor” customer service

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Xero and Rapport
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
