about the job
In this role, you will be the key leader of the Asia Pacific Controllership organization. You will be working closely with the finance leaders from the other verticals on internal processes, regional accounting policy and process enhancement. You will be involved in supporting ad-hoc projects, internal control standardization and harmonization initiatives across APAC. You will lead the APAC Accounting Policy, processes and procedures. You will also perform judgment on non standard accounting treatments. You will assist in the consolidation and legal entity analysis. You will support any accounting related project or enhancement.

skills and experience required
You should ideally possess an accounting or finance degree from a reputable university with at least 10 years of controllership or finance experience for an APAC region. You possess strong analytical and communication skills. You have a good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Prior big 4 experience will be a plus.
