This is a full time role based at the office in Liverpool, not far from the city centre and is available on an interim basis of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, running and managing a large scale payroll project within the organisation.

Description

The key responsibilities for this position (not an exhaustive list) will include the following;

  • Supporting the payroll team throughout the project
  • Developing and supporting the programme implementation
  • Creating and executing an effective delivery plan
  • Identifying and minimising risks and resolving issues
  • Providing updates and forecasting on progress
  • Resolving complex payroll queries
  • Liaising with senior staff up to board level
  • Manipulating and monitoring the system

Profile

The successful candidate for the Payroll Implementation post will ideally possess either a CIPP qualification or a PRINCE 2 qualification, along with an extensive background in end to end Payroll. You will need to be able to coordinate, support and organise staff, interpret complex numerical data and take your initiative to implement positive change throughout the course of this project to maximise efficiency for the organisation.
