About the job
You will be leading a team of Finance Executives in the daily finance operation functions including general ledger, reconciliations, month end closing activities. You will be responsible for implementing financial controls and working closely with the business leaders and financial reporting team in ensuring compliance with the group and local accounting policies. You will support the business in finance process improvements and initiatives.

Skills and Experience required
Degree in Accountancy or any related Accounting qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA) with at least 8 years of finance operations/financial reporting experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry. In order to succeed in this role, you should be hands-on, self-driven, and possess the ability to work under pressure.
