Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, this role will form part of a close knit team and you will be responsible for the following duties;
  • Driving initiatives to improve systems and processes within Finance.
  • Creating more effective business processes through analysis and process mapping to identify and influence improvements
  • Determining and documenting business requirements for digital solutions.
  • Accountability for end to end project delivery including business analysis, while coordinating with stakeholders throughout the life cycle.
  • Driving, monitoring and tracking progress of all allocated initiatives to enable high level reporting to stakeholders.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders
  • Working closely with IT to assess digital solutions to solve existing problems


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years experience in a Finance/Project/Technology role as well as have a CPA/CA qualification. You will also need to demonstrate;
  • The ability to translate business ideas and strategies into detailed approaches and plans
  • Experience with systems, configuration, and testing.
  • Relationship management, negotiating and influencing skills and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • Ability to multi task and run several projects concurrently
  • Business experience in Microsoft PowerBi & Sharepoint, Oracle ERP & CRM and general automation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process and solution-oriented abilities.
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced use of MS Power Point and Excel
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding environment, dealing with conflicting priorities with cross functional teams
