Description
The Part Time Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be office based in Macclesfield. Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties will include:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing,
- Expenses processing,
- Sales ledger invoice upload
- Bank receipts / payment processing and bank reconciliations,
- Supplier statement reconciliations (monthly),
- Credit control,
- Customs duty processing (duty deferment),
- Payroll coverage,
- Accruals and Prepayments,
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
Be available to consider an immediate start temp role
Be able to commute to Macclesfield office
