Description

The Part Time Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be office based in Macclesfield. Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger invoice processing,
  • Expenses processing,
  • Sales ledger invoice upload
  • Bank receipts / payment processing and bank reconciliations,
  • Supplier statement reconciliations (monthly),
  • Credit control,
  • Customs duty processing (duty deferment),
  • Payroll coverage,
  • Accruals and Prepayments,

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable

Be available to consider an immediate start temp role

Be able to commute to Macclesfield office
