Project Manager / Manager in Audit (f/m)

Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or in a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant external Audit experience
• Strong technical audit and statutory reporting
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) expertise
• Experience in the effective management of audit projects at each stage of implementation
• Ability to develop effective business relationships with clients
• Ability to identify needs and offer the best solutions to clients
• Strong drive for coaching and mentoring junior staff
• Leading & managing audit engagements
• Ability to make effective presentations to senior client management
• Analytical, problem solving skills
• You are preferred if you hold ACCA license or local license for certified auditor
• Proficient English and MS Office

Your future role

Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of audit engagements. While working with well-established, energetic and multi-cultural groups of people, the key to your success will be your ability to lead others and your readiness to make an impact and contribute to the growth of our successful audit teams.

You will focus on the management and delivery of clients' engagements, as well as sales and practice development. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients ranging in size, while developing effective business relationships with clients and leading audit teams in delivering quality audits.
