Description
As an Accounts Assistant for the team in St Albans, your duties will be:
- Processing customer receipts and supplier payments within Sage
Complete weekly bank reconciliations
Credit Control - Ensure customer accounts are up to date and issue customer statements.
Prepare payments in online banking ready for approval
Complete quarterly HMRC returns
Assist with month end management accounts
Profile
The perfect Accounts Assistant:
- Great attention to detail and be process driven
- Have experience using SAGE system
- Experience in Bookkeeping and Accounts Management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Track record of achieving results and resolving internal and customer issues/queries
