About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Financial Regulatory Reporting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will lead assigned financial and regulatory reporting engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationship management and delegation to staff.
• You will be providing training and guidance on accounting standards and regulations relevant to financial statements for funds under US GAAP and IFRS.
• You will contribute to identifying, researching, and communicating recent authoritative pronouncements for funds, to the Financial and Regulatory Reporting group and clients.
• You will lead a team of Financial and Regulatory Reporting staff, ensuring their work is produced accurately and to high standards. Ensure that the work is allocated appropriately and reviewed thoroughly.
• You will establish staff goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings.
• You will develop strong relationships with internal parties, clients and audit firm personnel.
• You will recognize and communicate potential opportunities for new clients as well as value added service enhancements for existing clients.
• You will be writing and/or reviewing various reports related to engagements.
• You will prepare adhoc reports for the client upon request.
• You will attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge to be passed down to the team.

About You:

• You have a minimum of  eight years’ experience in funds.
• You have  IFRS and US GAAP experience with financial statements for funds.
• You have experience in leading a team of accountants and/or auditors.
• You are strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for funds.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• You have  CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or other professional designation (preferred).
• You have ability to travel as necessary.
• You have excellent communication and writing skills.
