  • Act as a business partner with management team to shape, support, build and challenge the strategy agenda of AOP and longer term strategic projects.
  • Lead the implementation of Business Performance Management process for the company through driving a robust M&E process for A&P, trade spend and embed commercial insights and other elements.

  • Leverage learning / insights to support Sales & Marketing team to develop robust brand strategy and commercial plans.
  • Provide ongoing functional coaching and development of commercial acumen across finance team.
  • Input and support for pricing, trade investments, ATL/BTL schemes, innovations, and resource allocation for decision making.
  • Support for ad hoc initiatives such as investment optimization, business review, company's long-term plan etc.
  • Develop business insights and is able to influence the business team to capitalize the insights to drive value.
  • Establish a healthy and trustful relationship with the cross-functional team, and is able to recommend and influence the team towards the value-creation decision.
  • Is able to challenge the business strategy in financial and non-financial terms. Understands various trade-offs within the business portfolio & can work constructively with others to evaluate strategic alternatives

Profile

  • At least 7-10 years working experience in commercial analysis function of MNCs, preferably within consumer goods.
  • Good command in both English & Mandarin communication.
  • Has a good understanding of IT technologies & other information sources and is able to use them to support for decision making.
  • Has a solid understanding of other finance areas, such as financial reporting, controls & compliance, treasury & taxation.
