Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant who will cover Maternity leave for 12 months. The post holder will deliver management accounting information to the business in a timely and accurate fashion to facilitate strategic decision making.The successful postholder will take ownership and production of site P&Ls, working with and across the business to deliver accurate and timely monthly results. As well as drafting of commentary for internal reporting on site performance. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific balance sheet accounts, working with and across teams to deliver a comprehensively reconciled balance sheet pack each month and delivery of quality and professional service to internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
  • Exam and Time/ QBE qualified individuals
  • Minimum 3 years finance experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key
  • Comfortable working within a clinical context where compassion is a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively but sympathetically with the surgeries.
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced excel
  • Strong attention to detail to enable delivery of "right first time" results
  • An enquiring nature and high levels of professional skeptiscm in order to challenge operational teams where necessary
