Our client is a Global Conglomerate. You will be working in a dynamic global business with strong exposure to the global capital market and running corporate finance projects in this region. Exciting momentum in the business. They are looking for an ambitious, agile and seasoned Senior Finance Executive to join their team.

Description

• Leverage the network of capital market to drive corporate exercises
• Develop, and implement the organization's finances and performance
• Responsible for cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives

Profile

• Bachelor degree in business / finance / accounting
• of 15 years' experience in both FS and commercial sector
• Solid understanding and knowledge of capital markets
• Proven network of global capital markets
• Proven track record in leading finance and accounting function
• Open to travel
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
