Client Details
The company are based in Crewe and are well established across the UK. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team at an exciting time for the business
Description
Credit Controller responsibilities will include:
- Actively chasing overdue debt and pre-emptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time in line with payment terms and credit limits.
- Review stopped orders regularly for release and work alongside our Sales Depots to clear any overdue balances or queries.
- Identify queries and liaise with our Sales Depots to effectively resolve customer queries to maintain good customer services levels.
- Regular debt ledger review, account reconciliations and unallocated cash
- Policies and procedures applicable to the area of responsibility are adhered to
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Good telephony skills, with experience dealing with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls - Required
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Required
- Credit Control or Customer Services experience - Desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and intermediate PC knowledge - Desirable
Job Offer
The role offers a salary of between £22,000-23,000, as well as the option for hybrid working. 25 days holiday. Free on-site parking, company pension scheme plus additional company benefits
