This position exists to develop, implement and assist in Accounts & Audit functions. Organize, implement, lead and control the activities of audit and accounts with the company’s business strategy.


  • Develops a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Compile financial numbers from different segments of business on a monthly basis and prepare a dashboard to be presented to the Management.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Complies with federal, Sales, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prospective candidate must have hands-on experience with accounting/bookkeeping software i.e. ERP, QuickBooks, or In house accounting software.
  • Be comfortable handling and analyzing data in a spreadsheet
  • Should have a strong fundamental knowledge of finance and be able to read financial statements 
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Must have the expertise and advanced knowledge about MS Office, especially MS Excel
