This is a replacement Investor Relationship Head position of a big listed group and he or she will lead a team of 4.

Description
- Develop and implement overall IR strategies based on corporate objectives; Refine company messages and
- positions across all investor communications.
- Craft and execute investor targeting and engagement strategies, spanning Asia/regional generalists, global
- long only funds, HK based long only funds and hedge funds,etc.
- Manage roadshows with institutions investors.
Profile
- Investment banking or in house investor relationship experiences are both welcomed.
- Strong networking and resources from either A-share or HK capital market
- Executive Director level above
