Your field of responsibility
An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Finance Controller in the Compliance COO Allocations and Service Management team located in Wroclaw. You will have the opportunity to partner with Compliance functions and areas throughout Credit Suisse on cost allocations management matters, including financial reporting and planning.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with large data sets in preparing and analysing monthly Divisional cost and service allocations reports
  • Liaising with Compliance COO teams / Service Owners to maintain Service Cost allocation methodologies and splits
  • Supporting CCO Central COO Finance in preparation of Financial Plan for Divisional and Legal Entity allocations
  • Reconciling allocated actuals against Financial Plan, investigation and resolution where necessary
  • Manage ad hoc cost allocation requests from Legal Entity Controllers, Divisional Finance Controllers, Regional CFOs & Group Finance Allocations
  • Partnership with Service Management to ensure legal entity allocations are mirrored appropriately in TPRM systems

3-5 years of proven work experience with emphasis in finance, cost allocations and service management, ideally with proven experience in the financial industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related studies Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving attitude Proficient in MS Excel (Macros / Power Query / Power Pivot a plus) and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Main benefits
