Who we are looking for

As a member of the Banking Services team you will manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications while following controls and guidelines that are routinely reviewed and updated. Act as security administrator for several products; regularly interact with different vendors to troubleshoot issues, discuss upgrades, etc. Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns. The team is based in Quincy Massachusetts.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer you will

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications
  • Act as security administrator for several products; regularly interacts with different vendors to troubleshoot issues
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns
  • Identify risk items, timely escalate to management with effective communication, write up official reporting, agree action plans and accountable for implementation
  • Monitor projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget
  • Support the accountability for client quality of service and team work accuracy in support of those clients
  • Support strong communications with internal and external clients
  • Support and research inquires related to internal and external vendor/client requests.
  • Drive effective collaboration and networking with other teams locally, regional and globally

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years solid experiences in financial services, fund accounting and/or a back-office operations environment
