Description

As a Credit Administrator, you will report into the Credit Manager responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the credit department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: allocate bank statement entries to customer accounts; credit analysis of new applications; annual credit reviews; creation of invoices on a daily basis; daily direct debits; responding to and resolving all queries.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- Have knowledge of working in a fast paced, high volume environment - Essential

- Have knowledge of customer services in a telephone based role - Essential

- Have understanding of credit analysis - Highly Beneficial

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential

- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
