Our client is a reputable business based in the Fareham area who are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their accountancy team.
Description
Payroll Assistant (Fareham):
- Processing of 6 monthly payrolls
- Payroll data inputting
- Payroll report reconciling
- Electronic filing and reporting for all administrative payroll
- Resolve payroll related queries regarding payroll documentation, timesheets, starters, leavers, changes, sickness holidays etc.
- Handle all pension related admin duties
- P60s, P11d and Class 1A calculations
- Monthly payroll journal preparation
Profile
The successful candidate will have some payroll experience, preferably using Sage 50 Payroll
Purchase ledger experience also desired but not needed
