Our client is a growing MNC that aiming to grow the market share in Malaysia.

Description

1. Filling machine project / contract

• Evaluate and provide recommendation towards decision making related to filling line project proposal
• Responsible for relevant SOX matrices
• Co-ordinate Filling line contract preparation until finalization
• Understand Filling line accounting standard
• Prepare and analyze post filling line project calculation
• Find financing instrument (i.e. S&L, discounted LC term) to minimize filling line CAPEX

2. Customer packaging material pricing / rebate / marketing support

• Evaluate and provide recommendation towards decision making related to customer commercial / financial terms & conditions
• Responsible for relevant SOX matrices
• Co-ordinate Packaging material contract preparation until finalization
• Ensure customer financial terms & conditions are adhere to

3. Strategic Plan & Budgeting / forecasting

• Co-ordinate / prepare SP&B / forecasting information for financial input
• Responsible for COGNOS input SIG Indonesia on Budget and forecasting
• Review/challenge SOP forecasting both sleeves and filler plan

4. Reports, Tools & Analysis

• Update monthly COGNOS forms for SIG Malaysia company
• Perform monthly customer profitability analysis and present to commercial team
• Assist in preparing various tools / reports to measure & improve company financial performance in Commercial area.

5. Sales cost center and investment

• Input monthly actual cost center cost into SAP
• Monthly review and send out report sales & marketing cost center.
• Review submitted investment request and further send for approval.

6. Finance - Accounting area

• Coordinate with external service company;
• Review monthly tax report GST/TDS
• Ensure the completeness of data provided to external service for book keeping
• Ensure monthly report provided to SIG timely/correctly
• Monitor and responsible in local tax and statutory report (yearly basis) and compliance
• Being focal point and support on external and internal audit requirement
• Being focal point and support topics on local business process and compliances
• Being focal point and drive on new business model

7. Others

• Promote usage of CRM
• Assist related stake holders on various Finance related assignments
• Ad-hoc analysis and request

Profile

• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related filed
• Knowledge of SAP / BW
• Strong business communication skill
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance area,
• Knowledge of local tax / local statutory requirement would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Investment calculation tool, pricing tool is a plus
• Knowledge of excel and power-point/think cell
• Strong analytical / logical thinking / Initiatives
• Strong English communication skill
