Finance Product Manager (Contract)

• Gain a good knowledge and understanding of finance operations business process, user needs and requirements;
• Ensure finance-related requirements are translated into well-defined EPICs with clear acceptance criteria, initiatives, effective prioritization of features and functionality;
• Collaborate with departments to design, build and launch digital telco products and services including product enhancements;
• Liaise with partner and vendors on finance requirements to enhance system for process improvements including production incidents on priority affecting customers;
• Support User Acceptance Testing of products and services in accordance with sprint release;
• Participate in standup meetings and presentations; and
• Provide assistance and support as and when required by the supervisor, such as data verification and analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or IT discipline;
• 8 - 10 years’ experience working in Finance areas such as billing, payments, dunning. Past audit experience will be considered;
• B2C and B2B background is required;
• Proficient in MS applications;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills;
• Experience in Agile would be an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure and tight project timelines; and
• Occasional work on weekends may be required.
